Terms and Conditions Services

1. When you book a session, you agree that you are over 18 years of age. 

2. Nature of Services

Unlock Your Highest Self, operated by Stephanie Walsh (hereinafter referred to as "the Practitioner"), provides channelling services and other services. 

3. Disclaimer and Acknowledgment

Clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All services provided are offered and provided in good faith. The Practioner is not a licensed doctor, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, or similar licensed professional.
  • Client acknowledges that services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, and that services provided are not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature of these services. 
  • Energy work is meant to supplement, not replace, professional medical or psychotherapeutic care.
  • Guidance during any service type offered does not constitute medical advice, nor should it be considered a replacement for licensed medical advice. The Practioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure illnesses. If you have any medical concerns or are experiencing any medical issues, please seek professional medical support/help. If the client has any medical issues, it is up to the client to inform their medical professional of any work entered into with the Practioner.
  • Guidance during any service type offer does not constitute considered legal, financial, or similar professional advice.
  • Clients are solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, actions, and results arising from services provided. As such, the Client agrees that the Practioner is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Practioner. The client further understands that the use of any information received is at the client’s own risk.
  • Clients must communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and actively participate in the process.
  • Results may vary from client to client, and testimonials or marketing claims do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Client understands that the Practioner cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any statement. The Practioner does not predict the future as nothing is cast in stone. Free will can alter any chosen path and, therefore, the outcome. No intuitive, channel, medium, or psychic can tell you what to do or who you are. Intuitives can be wrong, can interpret information relayed by the other side incorrectly, or can miscommunicate what they see, sense, or hear. Intuitives receive complex symbols, feelings, tastes, visions, sounds, memories etc which they must quickly translate into human language. Error is possible.

  1. Confidentiality

The Practitioner and Client agree to maintain confidentiality as follows:

  • Our sessions are confidential. As such, neither the Practioner, nor the client, will publish any part of the session. Note that Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Facetime, Google Chat, emails, texts, or any other digital platform entails the risk of security breaches.
  • Confidentiality exceptions include: (a) legal obligations, (b) prevention of harm to self or others, and (c) illegal activities.
  1. Session Scheduling and Fees
  • No refunds are offered on sessions or programs purchased. Clients commit with the intention of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Missed sessions without 48 hours’ prior notice may be billed at the full session rate. Rescheduling will be attempted in good faith.
  1. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate services at any time. The Client agrees to compensate the Practitioner for services rendered up to the termination date.
  1. Limited Liability
  • The practitioner makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Practitioner be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Practioner’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Practitioner under this Agreement for all services rendered through and including the termination date. 
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith for 30 days before pursuing legal action.
  • The prevailing party in legal disputes is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of all relevant countries without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Practitioner and the Client

  1. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

  1. Binding Effect

This Agreement is binding between the Practioner and Client.

 

By engaging in services with Unlock Your Highest Self, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
